  • 3 cups sugar,
  • 1 Cup vegetable oil,
  • 2/3 Cup water,
  • 3 1/2 Cups flour,
  • 2 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 2 teaspoons of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed spice/ allspice,
  • 1 teaspoons nutmeg,
  • 1/2 teaspoons of ginger,
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves *optional,
  • 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips *optional

Method of cooking

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees before you start with the baking.
  • Use non-stick cooking spray on the two 9 x 5 cooking trays.
  • Mix oil and sugar into cream then add eggs, pumpkin and finally water.
  • All the ingredients are then shifted together before the addition of the dry ingredients.
  • If you had the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, this is the point you want them added into your mixture.
  • The baking process in the oven takes 1 hour, after that it to sit for 30 minutes or more in a tray/pan.
  • Serve your bread as desired and enjoy.

A side note

Whether you are making with chocolate chips or not, the recipe will still produce a delicacy. If you prefer the chocolate chips, go for the mini semisweet Nestle Chocolate Chips.

Consider smearing it with room temperature bread butter, and you will have a taste of heaven.

  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tb butter melted (I used salted)

Method of cooking

  • Make sure that the oven has been preheated to 350 degrees.
  • The second thing is to ensure your 9×5 loaf pan are well greased and ready for use.
  • Have all the main dry ingredients mixed in a large bowl
  • In a separate smaller bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, and melted butter evenly together.
  • Mix the two mixtures until they are fully incorporated into each other. If the batter is lumpy, then you are good to go.
  • When the dough is ready, pour it into the greased loaf pan and bake.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or instead until the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
  • Allow it to cool on the rack

A side note

  • Two eggs,

  • The main ingredients for this recipe include
  • 4 cups of flour – preferably an all-purpose flour,
  • 4 teaspoons of baking powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon,
  • 2 cups of buttermilk,
  • cup of vegetable oil,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 2 cups of sugar and
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  • For the cinnamon topping, you need cups of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.

Method of cooking

  • Start by preheating the oven to about 350 degrees. Grease the loaf pans with butter and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar generously in the pans. Coat all sides of the pan. Next step is to prepare the bread for baking.
  • Put the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl and whisk them together.
  • Use another bowl to blend the oil, buttermilk, and sugar. Beat the eggs into this mixture one at a time and add vanilla into it. Stir to form a wet paste.
  • In another small cup or bowl, put the two tablespoons of cinnamon and cups of sugar and set them aside.
  • Take the prepared pans and equally divide half of the batter among them. Sprinkle 2/3 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on the dough in each pan. 5. Strawberry Walnut Bread

The strawberry walnut bread is one of the best bread machine recipes given the magical flavor this recipe yields. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to bake.

Ingredients

  • The main ingredients are
  • an egg, 1 egg white,
  • cup of sugar,
  • ¼ cup of low-fat buttermilk,

  • 5 eggs, a pinch of salt,
  • 1 ¼ cups of sugar,
  • ¼ cup of melted butter or vegetable oil,
  • 1 vanilla bean,
  • 1 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour,

  • 4 Tbsp heavy cream

Method

  • Prior the start of the baking process, ensure you preheat the oven to at least 350 degrees
  • Clean your regular sized loaf pan and grease it. Alternatively, using cooking spray, you can spray it and put aside in readiness.
  • Mix your blueberries with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

  • Next, the bananas, eggs, sour milk and baking soda are added to the blender where they are turned into a liquid substance.
  • The half of the liquid content is then mixed with 1 cup of the flour. It is then stirred until all the ingredients have been moisturized before the rest of the mixture is added with the addition of one cup of the flour.
  • Keep stirring the mixture until it is evenly combined and smooth.
  • Pour the batter in the already greased pan and let it bake for approximately 45-55 minutes. The top of the side of the bread should turn brown and when a toothpick is inserted at the center should come out clean but with a few crumbs. Cool completely before removing from the pan.
  • When it comes to the making of the glaze, have the melted butter, and powdered sugar whisked together into a smooth paste. With the addition of extracts, continue whisking until the result is a smooth mixture then add heavy whipping cream and continue whisking. This is the whisking process.
  • Immediately pour over the top of the bread and spread to the edges. Let dry before cutting.
